essere definita come quanto bene, in quale misura, qualcosa svolge la sua funzione, vale a dire in quale misura i risultati effettivi soddisfano gli scopi e gli obiettivi prefissati. Queste finalit\u00e0 e questi obiettivi devono naturalmente essere sia quantitativi che qualitativi. Nel caso dell'animazione socioeducativa, il grado di qualit\u00e0 potrebbe, nella sua accezione pi\u00f9 elementare, essere correlato al modo in cui il lavoro svolto soddisfa i principi fondamentali: quanto meglio \u00e8 in grado di soddisfare i principi fondamentali, tanto pi\u00f9 contribuir\u00e0 allo sviluppo personale e sociale dei giovani.<\/p>\n<p>In una seconda fase, la qualit\u00e0 riguarda la funzionalit\u00e0 delle precondizioni e dei processi di lavoro: sono concepiti in modo da creare le migliori condizioni possibili per raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati, sono adeguati ed efficienti?<\/p>\n<p>Questo kit di strumenti per lo sviluppo dell'animazione socioeducativa \u00e8 stato creato per sostenere lo sviluppo della qualit\u00e0. Affinch\u00e9 sia qualitativa, sar\u00e0 costantemente aggiornata con nuove informazioni e nuovi esempi di buone pratiche e strumenti. Non ci sar\u00e0 mai una versione finale!<\/p>\n<p>Lo stesso vale per lo sviluppo di qualit\u00e0 dell'animazione socioeducativa locale, che deve essere fatto in modo continuo: esaminare e discutere i punti critici non pu\u00f2 essere fatto una volta per tutte. Una societ\u00e0 in continua evoluzione e le nuove generazioni di giovani chiederanno una revisione continua del modo in cui i diversi requisiti della Carta dovrebbero essere soddisfatti. L'istituzione di un processo chiaro per discussioni continue sulla Carta \u00e8 pertanto una misura fondamentale per la sua attuazione. Non lavorare con lo sviluppo della qualit\u00e0 porter\u00e0 inevitabilmente alla stagnazione e al ritardo.<\/p>\n<p>Avere un bel processo!
