La \"politica in materia di lavoro giovanile\" non \u00e8 tuttavia sempre molto visibile in tali politiche. A volte \u00e8 totalmente assente, a volte si dice che sia incorporato in, o coperto da, testi pi\u00f9 generali o sezioni riguardanti la cultura e il tempo libero. Tuttavia, \u00e8 per molte ragioni importante per gli attori a livello locale che esista una politica comunale specifica e chiaramente articolata in materia di animazione socioeducativa.<\/p><p>Una politica chiara e ben ancorata mostra cosa ci si potrebbe aspettare da diversi attori, quali sono le priorit\u00e0 e quali valori devono essere promossi.
