In order to be efficient, the continuous competence development of youth workers should be based on a thorough analysis of local outcomes, strength and weaknesses. Starting from the follow up of clear and measurable indicators, this analysis will show what competences that need to be improved in order to answer to actual challenges and to provide, even, better youth work.
